WHY WE NEED THE HOLY SPIRIT 24HRS

Indeed everyone needs the Holy Spirit 24hrs. To  avoid being controlled by human nature Rom 8:5. The Holy Spirit is always itching to fellowship with us everyday but we grieve and make 'Him' sad countless times. And the scripture adviced us not to make 'Him' sad. Indeed 'He' is a personality of his own with a work, but 'He's is one with God the Father. Jesus taught many things that we can't remember, but the Holy Spirit is the one who reminds us of what Jesus said. The big question is, ...if I don't read the scriptures in my closet what then will the Holy Spirit remind me?. Reading must occur before remembering can take place. If the Spirit comes and finds us empty, he will have nothing to remind us. We can't remember all but the Holy Spirit does help as long as we let 'Him'. Our flesh is weak so it's impossible to please God without the Holy Spirit. 'He' comes with power, and enablement to do extraordinary things that eyes will see and marvel.
By 'His' power demons are casted away, the dead is raised, the sick healed, spiritual gifts manifest and the gospel is preached with courage, zero fear and boldness etc. 'He's the one that helps us to produce the fruits of love
joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility and self-control as captured in Galatians , 5:22-23
[22] But the Spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, [23] humility, and self-control. There is no law against such things as these.

We can't be consistent in exhibiting these fruits captured in Gal 5:22-23 without the Holy Spirit. As long as we remain connected to 'Him' he releases the ability to be consistent in exhibiting these fruits. It will no longer going to be by our own power, because our flesh or human nature will never allow us to exhibit such fruits. Why?  because Rom 8:5 reveled that ....."those who live according to human nature are controlled by what human nature wants" The question again is, what does human want?.....Here is what human nature wants 👉 Galatians 5:19-21
[19] What human nature does is quite plain. It shows itself in immoral, filthy, and indecent actions [20] in worship of idols and witchcraft. People become enemies and they fight; they become jealous, angry, and ambitious. They separate into parties and groups; [21] they are envious, get drunk, have orgies, and do other things like these. I warn you now as I have before: those who do these things will not possess the Kingdom of God.

Consistently living our lives in the Spirit, will earn us consistency in exhibiting the 9 fruits of the Holy Spirit. Otherwise we will keep struggling to exhibit them and end up fluctuating between sin and good deeds. If we continue fluctuating, we will spend more time asking for forgiveness during prayers, rather than feeling the Spirit's presence who equally helps us when we pray and puts us right before God. It won't be nice that the time meant for worship and praise in the Spirit is spent on crying for our sins. If we stay connected to the Holy Spirit 24hrs, we will certainly spend less time crying for our sins before God. Yes, because it is obvious that all the while we allowed the Spirit to dwell in us, 'He' released the needed power to overcome sin. That is why when we come before God we have little or no sin to confess. But still, with sin or without sin, Jesus taught us to include the part of asking for forgiveness when we pray, yes because we were saved by grace. 
Furthermore, the Holy Spirit takes us many steps ahead of others, who are not close to 'Him'. He does this by revealing Heavenly secrets that no one else has ever heard or known. That is why people will always argue with us when we speak of the truth we heard from the Holy Spirit. And people will be like.... 'we've never heard of this before', how did you get to know that?'  Such scenario brings to fulfillment of what Jesus said in John 16:13-14
[13].When, however, the Spirit comes, who reveals the truth about God, he will lead you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own authority, but he will speak of what he hears, and will tell you of things to come. [14] He will give me glory, because he will take what I say and tell it to you.
According to the will of God the father, the Holy Spirit tells us things before they happen, makes us articulate, keeps us calm and fill us with wisdom on how to use God's word to overcome a must come temptation and trial. 
The Holy Spirit is more powerful than anything we can ever imagine. Remember, it was by 'His' power that Jesus was raised from the dead. 
The reality is, if the power that rose Jesus has been given to us, then we are unstoppable. All we need do is to stay connected and every other thing will be fine. Beloved remember, it will cost us nothing to receive the Holy Spirit. It's free without charges.
