If you read the book of Leviticus 1: 3-4 (GNT) Moses said to the people of Israel, " If you are offering one of your cattle as a burnt offering, you must bring a bull without any defects. You must present it at the entrance of the Tent of the  Lord 's presence so that the  Lord  will accept you.   You shall put your hand on its head, and it will be accepted as a sacrifice to take away your sins " While I was studying this part of the scriptures, the Spirit of God led me to understand that, only a few people in today's society can afford buying a bull to offer sacrifice to God, for the purpose of having their sins forgiven by God. Bibery and corruption is a global issue and it seems to have been institutionalized in many organizations all over the world. In recent times, political leaders, national security agencies and tax collectors of nations are the most accused in connection with bribery and corruption. This has made the society to take their eyes off other individuals, organisations who secretly indulge in bribery and corruption.
