MESSAGE TO PREACHERS AND TEACHERS OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS.

Beloved, whoever you were called to be, be it priest, pastor, evangelist, bishop etc, do not be annoyed when you preach the gospel and no one pays attention to you. It is very wrong to be angry or condemn people you preach to, simply because they didn't understand or show interest or even pay attention to the word God has annoited you to speak for the good of men and their salvation. You cannot be annoyed on God's behalf. God's anger is enough, yours doesn't count as a preacher or a teacher. The assignment is to speak the word and leave the rest to God, who is the rightful judge.
When Apostle Paul was writing to the Thessalonians (1 Thess 5:14) he wrote,

....."We urge you, our brothers and sisters, to warn the idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone".

Beloved, the part of Paul's message that I wish to point out is the part where he said, "be patient with them ".
Beloved, that no one listens to you when you preach the gospel, should not make you feel like it was not God that sent you.

If you are familiar with the 'Parable of the sower'', in Matt 13: 1-9 and where Jesus explained it in Matt 13: 18-23, you will realize why you shouldn't be angry on God's behalf, when people refuse to repent through the gospel you preach.

Pray for them and be patient with them like Apostle Paul adviced. Remember you were once a sinner for years and God was patient with you. If God's anger didn't take away your life when you were a sinner, why then should it be now that you want God's anger to pounce on those who refuse to pay attention to the gospel that you preach. Beloved, if God's anger should start pouncing on these sinners that you preach to today, it should have started from you? Because you were once a sinner......  Remember, God was patient with you until you became the preacher that you are today by 'His' grace.
Beloved, this message is strictly for preachers and teachers of the gospel of Jesus Christ and not to encourage sinners in any way or give them the impression why they should continue in sin, with the idea that God is so patient. This message is a reminder for preachers and teachers of the gospel, to be aware of the importance of being patient with sinners while they embark on their divine call to evangelise.
